Randy Foye graduated from Villanova University with a degree in geography while playing basketball for the Wildcats. In his senior year, he helped carry the Wildcats to their best record in a decade with their first Big East regular season title since ‘97 and earning a #1 NCAA seed, the first in program history. He was named Big East player of the year and a consensus All-American.Â
Randy was selected seventh overall in the 2006 NBA draft, enjoyed an 11-year career in the NBAÂ
Randy has seen firsthand the difficulties for kids growing up in a tough, urban environment prompting him to establish the Randy Foye Foundation which develops programs and projects aimed directly at improving the lives of children in Newark, NJ, his hometown. Foye understands the difference a positive role model and nurturing environment can make in a young person’s life.Â
Randy is a devoted husband, loving father, sports enthusiast passionate about Villanova and helping student athletes become the best version of themselves. In his role as President, he will mentor student athletes, educate, and inform alumni on the positive community and event driven opportunities Friends of Nova will offer.Â

Devin is a distinguished alumna of Villanova University, graduating cum laude with a BA in communications. While pursuing her undergraduate degree, Devin was not only an exceptional student but also a standout athlete. Her dedication and passion for lacrosse led her to remarkable achievements on the field. In 2019, Hassinger concluded her collegiate lacrosse career in record-breaking fashion, earning various accolades and distinctions, including a spot on the All-BIG EAST First Team while setting records for all-time career draw controls and single-season draw controls. Prior to her role at Friends of Nova, Devin Hassinger began her professional career with a five-year tenure at Villanova. She initially joined as a graduate intern, but over time, she assumed progressively greater responsibilities, making substantial contributions and eventually ascending to the position of Assistant Director of Athletics Development. Beyond her professional pursuits, Devin enjoys Pilates, interior decorating, and quality time with her family and golden retriever, Kylo.
Janine graduated from Villanova University with a BS in Business Administration, majoring in Finance with a minor in Sociology. She pursued a career on Wall Street where she worked in the Merrill Lynch Global Markets & Investment Banking division for 10 years as a Director & Americas Regional Manager in Equity Electronic Sales. In 2006, Janine was awarded the Rising Star Award by the Women’s Bond Club which recognizes the achievements of emerging leaders in the financial industry. After a rewarding career on Wall Street, Janine launched two businesses which offered her flexibility and time to give back to the community. She has served as President of her local Home and School Association, Leadership team member for Ministry of Moms at her parish, and Treasurer of her local high school Basketball Boosters.
Janine is a dedicated mom, wife, and Villanova alum whose passion for athletics, experience in finance, and devotion to giving back to the community allows her to contribute to the Friends of Nova leadership team.
